Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. that is done by giving a massage on the head but this is done by some expert such as the older ladies I'm at home or some old help that you can get near about because you cannot try it on your own as we as a new generation do not have any idea how to do this but definitely we have seen this doing a grand mothers doing to ourselves should do take some elders help in this case
