Hello ma’am If you’re breastfeeding only a child is going to gain proper weight because it is said that for initial six months you should be breastfeeding the child and if your child is gaining about 500 g to 800 g on an every month basis then that is supposed to be a very healthy weight gain need not worry about it and if the birth weight double by the age of six months or even before then it is an ideal weight gain
