A. hi...give home made food, avoid junk and packaged food. you can give fruits in the form of fruit juice or fruit puree or mashed fruits. Give vegetables in the form of soups, boiled or steamed vegetables, puree form give green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi. give rice water, moong dal water, dal khichdi, Dalia, ghee rice, peas rice, suji upma or kheer, ragi kheer, idli , dosa, sabudana kheer, mashed dates, soaked raisins, egg.
