Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hot fomentation and express the extra milk .Breast feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of age. If not possible then only milk formula should be given. After that you can start with top feed along with cow milk .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend that you should try to do hot compress on your right breast it is a possibility that you are producing more milk more than what your baby is consuming causing pain
