#asktheexperts hlo sir, I have a 18 months old daughter. Ater delivery there is differences in my breasts size due to feeding and now sometimes I feel like Itching or lump in one of my breast but after feeding it's normal. what can i do sir

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
