Hlo dr my baby girl is 3.5 months old. Her eyes size is not equal left eye is little bit smaller than right one. Ther is only minor differences plz suggest me what should I do?

In thifys here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it tis advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
