A. Namaste Mom, You could probably prefer to give semi solid and mashed foods as such you can try one thing at time and alter with your feed as well.

A. It is common for one-month-old babies to cry more during the night due to reasons like gas, colic, hunger, overstimulation, or needing comfort. Try to keep a calm bedtime routine, burp her well after feeds, and gently rock or swaddle her to soothe. If she continues crying excessively or seems in pain, consult a pediatrician to rule out colic or any other medical issue.
