Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be triede if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging off the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

F If the temperature is not a 99° fahrenheit then it would be considered very much if it is 99° plus or more than that in any of the cases then only it would be considered we were in that case you should be giving any medicine to the child but below that it is not recommended to be
