#asktheexperts hlo dr. mere baby ki immunity bhut hi week h..one month k bad yh bimar ho jata h..dr n iron bhi di h isko 4 ml three months ka course h. jb s iron deni shuru ki h baby ko constipation ho jata h...daly stole pass krta h but starting ki poty hard hoti h.pls tell immunity increase krne k liy kya kru.

Iron can sometimes have the problem of creating constipation you can ask your doctor to change the supplement sometimes Iron supplements in under different brands can also make a difference so do that and just give more of fluids into the diet of the child
