#asktheexperts Hiii Doctor Good Morning, I have done C- Section delivery in Kalwa Hospital, now its 6months but I'm unable sit on floor, my both knees not support to sit on floor its painful to me, now daily took 1 A to Z gold capsule , pls suggest what can I do
