As the baby consumes milk automatically the body will improve the milk supply along with that you have to take at least 2.5 L of water and foods which are rich in proteins like eggs non vegetarian food pulses etc.Write Your Answer Here

continue with breastfeeding.
don't give up.
but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
