Dear it can be due to winters, apply Johnson's Baby Lotion, it helps to maintain pH balance of the skin and natural moisture. it keeps skin soft and moisturized upto 24hrs. apply this if still you see the rashes consult with dr. My son's pratik had same issue after applying Lotion it has gone.
