#asktheexperts hii mam my baby boy is 10 months old i give breastmilk along with solids but nowadays my milk supply is low he likes to eat but he mostly like to drink breastmilk how to increase my breastmilk? I want to feed breastmilk till he turns 2. pls suggest me thanks in advance ☺️

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom breast milk production varies with time , for some it retains for long time and for some may gradually tend to reduce. so as they grow try to give emphasis to more solids and natural foods . your milk you can give inbetween as slowly over a period of time reduce so it would he eaiser for you to wean him off.
