#asktheexperts Hi. Whenever I visit hospital my BP is showing high, I’m currently in my 8th month of pregnancy. What measures should I take in order to reduce or make my BP come to normal?

A. Are you really stressed out or have lot of anxiety when you go to the hospital because these things actually boost elevate your blood pressure because when you are stressed or thinking too much about eighth month of pregnancy you may be stressed about delivery how things are going to go so that is why probably your BP is increasing so try to do meditation that will help along with that also advise you to reduce the intake of salt in your diet
