#asktheexperts Hi Sir My child easily gets cold & cough whenever he goest to a new place or whenever there is a climate change. So what is safe to give at that time. Also is there an alternative we can use against toothpaste for our kids.

A. There is no alternative to toothpaste do use while brushing teeth and also as the immunity of the kids is developing so that catch cold and c flu easily try building his immunity give a healthy nutritious diet and expose the child to sunlight abd increase his outdoor playtime
