#asktheexperts hi sir my boy is 7 year old ... he has hyper activity.. he is not as active as other boys in terms of activities like dance sports ..can u suggest something for him

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi as child is hyper active you need to channelise his energy in positive direction it will take time so please stay calm and positive don't expect the things in one day please limit your child salt and sugar intake enroll your child in activities which he likes
