POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. To help the baby gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes ghee, chicken, eggs, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice water, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith alongwith variety of fluids.
