requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needsx inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

If it is persistent then there could be a possibility that your child may be suffering with some kind of an allergy and you need to figure it out with your Dr to know what is the problem and accordingly they will be able to help you with medication after figuring out what kind of analogy is your child suffering from
