Should get it checked with your doctor because with what it is looking like the right eye of your child is having some issue on the eyelid let be a mosquito bite or something which is why it is looking shorter than the other one because the other one is full open but we cannot be sure about without an assessment with your doctor so please consult consultant ophthalmologist once
