#asktheexperts Hi my son's front baby tooth fell in the month of January. However the permanent tooth is still not erupted. Kindly provide medical advice on it.

A. Dear parent, you can wait for 6 months after shedding of the milk tooth and if there is futther delay, then you can consult a pediatric dentist for proper examination and diagnosis
