#asktheexperts Hi my son is 19months old and his weight is 9.5kgs , I am concerned about his weight because he doesn’t eat enough to manage a good healthy weight. Please suggest what should I do.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you should avoid giving your child junk food and give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and there is no restriction with what food you can give you a child you and you can give everything that you prepare for the family but make it more nutritious by adding fruits and vegetables
