#asktheexperts Hi my baby is 7 months old. I was giving similac advance 1 to my baby till 6 months but she was mainly on breastfeed till 6 months. Now I tried giving her similac advance 2 but she is not able to digest and poops 3-4 times a day. What should I do pls help

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can gfive bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

A. Hi parent. You might be giving the food other than formula as well so pooping thrwe to four times a day is norma Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits don't use RO water Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 359
