Q.

#asktheexperts Hi my baby is 3 months old and she gets scared while she’s sleeping and awake. And this happens whenever she sleeps , she immediately wake up as she gets scared during sleep. What should I do for this?

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months ofg age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritabilithy because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite normal in babies and please put pillows near your baby and also you can sleep for few minutes with baby and put hand on baby stomach or back. Take care
