#asktheexperts Hi, my baby is 2 years old, she has constipation from 2 days and second day she crying but didn’t pass the stool. What can I do for relief?

A. Insert a suppository that will help in clearing the system within 3 to 5 hours of time which would be great right now just try and include more of fibres and fluids papaya and buttermilk twice in a day which would be very helpful regulating the digestion and easy motion
