#AskTheExperts, hi, my baby has some gurr gurr sound while she breathing, when we taken her to doctor he told she has some cold and prescribed Maxtro syrup(2.5ml) and azee antibiotic.. is it OK to give Maxtro syrup to 8 months old baby? we are new to this city and doctor is new to us. so can u suggest any

it is important to follow the instructions opinion advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem .
they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor .
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification or any lab / radiological investigations.
