#asktheexperts hi Mam, my kid is 1.3 yrs old, mother feed is there when he requires. along with it, we want to start with milk powder, could you please suggest us powders to start with it?

You can start with animal milk also and the good way to start with this is in the form of milkshakes and smoothies that definitely going to be very good and yes after the age of one year you can start with any complimentary feeding because it will really help you when you decide to quit on your breastfeeding
