RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Thermophob ointment is can apply prior to that in some ice cube or cold back onto that area regularly you can do this 3 to 5 times in the day this is going to help in reducing the swelling period will also help in betterment of the area
