#asktheexperts Hi Mam, I have 4 months baby girl I don't get enough milk, I use to get 10 ml per day and now it's reduced even more. I tried lactare capsules and galact granules for 4 months and I don't have any improvement. Please help me to get adequate milk supply for my baby.

Ma’am if you have been taking them for so long still if the body is not making milk then I’m sorry that the body is not able to milk because body has no sufficient amount or source to produce that mail I know it could be very disheartening for you but it would be good for you to continue with formula now your body is going to produce milk
