#asktheexperts Hi Mam, I am 30 week pregnant my baby weight 1.2 kg, is it necessary to take Steroid Or I can cover weight by good diet. pls suggest diet to increase baby weight

Please do not take steroids it’s not good but as the weight of the child is really very less as of now you should have focus upon a healthy diet which is going to help in better weight gain and growth of your child so please get in touch with your doctor for a good diet follow
