#asktheexperts Hi Madam, My baby is 2 months of age and he is not latching for breast milk. I have tried expressing through pump but milk production is very low. how can I increase my breast milk production?

A. Hello! Latch your baby well on to your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while you breastfeed. The more your baby takes in your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist for advice
