Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. post delivery because of change in hormone levels, stress lack of sleep. there may be severe hair fall.. start with vitamin supplements.. add proteins, leafy vegetables, keep your self well hydrated.. you can try mama earth anti hair fall kit as onion oil shampoo conditioner mask..
