#asktheexperts hi madam ,I'm 29 weeks pregnant and my haemoglobin is below 11 and how should I increase my haemoglobin levels.... please suggest me really effective remedy...tq

A. 11 count is ok. Beans, spinach Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. Peas. iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal. nuts and seeds. dried fruit. wholemeal pasta and bread. legumes — such as mixed beans, baked beans, lentils and chickpeas.

A. Hi, i had faced same problem in my pregnancy, mine hb was 8.2 it increased to 11.2 within 1 and half month , i had only one thing, beetroot (chukundar) juice which i used to take out at home.

A. eat soaked raisins empty stomach in morning and you can also few soaked moong daily after raisins.

A. hi well it is good level although to increase it, please take iron rich food like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, beetroot soup, jeggary apple etc more
