#asktheexperts Hi maam my baby is 10 months old from past 5days she is not having food ,, I tried with different recipes also but she is not even her mouth few people told that she might have caught of evil eyes ( nasar)

many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food.
so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child.
At the same time it is alsfo important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.
Give juice frduits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.
