#asktheexperts hi Ma’am I am mother of two kids,,, after my second delivery I gained a lot ,,, now I m trying to reduce and I have reduced 10 kgs,,, but I my knees pain a lot ,,, what I should do or u should eat to avoid that pain

A. hello dear do so. e physical exercise to reduce weight, walk daily half hour, cycling, swimming, aerobic exercise, yoga should be done. eat mindful, and drink plenty of fluids

If If you’re following some kind of a random diet to lose on your way then don’t do that follow proper diet have all the necessary multivitamin supplements and follow a diet consulted by a dietician they will give you a proper diet to go for in which you will not have this kind of pain your body will have all the strength but you will lose on the weight as well
