#asktheexperts hi m varsha meri abhi 2 mahine pahale c section delivery hui h or April me mere cousin ki shadi h or m belly fat ko km Krna chahti hu iske liye m subah garam pani me lemon nd honey or raat me jeera or ajwain ka pani leti hu ye nuksaan to nhi krega na or jld se jld tummy km krne ka koi solution bhi btaiye thanks in advance

A. Start some physical exercise in your daily but first give your body ample time to recover completely and avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sugar intake and you can start along warm water mixed with honey and lemon in the morning and green tea during the day

A. Hello mom No you should not start doing any sort of exercise if you deliver your baby by C section you have to avoid doing any sort of work out till six months. Otherwise it can affect your health. Rather than this if you are a lactating mother then you should also maintain a proper diet. The only solution to reduce the belly fat is start using maternity belt
