No you should not start doing any sort of exercise if you deliver your baby by C section you have to avoid doing any sort of work out till six months. Otherwise it can affect your health. Rather than this if you are a lactating mother then you should also maintain a proper diet. The only solution to reduce the belly fat is start using maternity belt
