#asktheexperts Hi i am running 33 weeks pregnant as i am feeling tired a lot and at night I don't get proper sleep .. how i can make myself active?

A. hi mam , please take iron and calcium supplements as per your doctor's Prescription it is very important drink plenty of water have Healthy and nutritious diet. take warm milk before sleep time which help to take food sleep at night.
