#asktheexperts Hi, I am in my 8th month and got covid positive now it's my 5th day and I am better had just mild symptoms I want to know is it at this stage effect my baby health ?? I haven't gone through vaccine as I was also positive in last yr April then in June I conceived due to some risk in pregnancy my dr said to avoid vaccine for now.

A. wait for. 3 more months and get vaccinated given you're recent infection maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

No It should not be affecting your child I’m just going to tell you a lot of times these things are seen very common happening when the women are pregnant so need not worry about it you can continue with the medicines that the doctor has given you and have as much liquid and fibre as you can because that is going to help in building up energy and strength into your
