Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and other supplements. drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet. go for regular scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist remain in contact with your doctor for proper advice

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Regularly apply pure coconut oil or almond oil. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
