Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is normal as long as the babies is healthy and active and not showing any discomfort symptoms. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
