RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation that you can take right now you can take it three times in the day if it helps in rebuilding your lactation then nothing like it you can take it for at least 3 to 6 months if it helps in increasing but have plenty of fluids and a healthy diet also
