#asktheexperts Hi Experts, my son is almost 4 yrs old and he tends to go to washroom couple of times. Is it normal? He drinks good amount of water but do not eat much spicy food.

Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana
It’s all normal and common
No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
