#asktheexperts Hi Dr My daughter is one year old.She got a small cut while her nails were being cut. Not much bleeding but should I consider getting a TT injection?

A. if your child has completed the regular vaccination there is no need to go for tetanus vaccinationd at this age because it is already covered in the national immunisation schedule. if the injury or cutd is very dirty enough then the final decision of tetanus vaccine will be taken by the doctor.
