My daughter is 3 years 4 month old...last month she had hand foot mouth disease...that resolved in a week after that she is getting fever upto 102 every week for 3 to 4 days...our dr. prescribed paracetamol 250 MG...she taking medication after that her fever reduced...again fever bouncing back.. Any test should I take for her ?? plz suggest

A. dear mom. do start syrup nutramide daoly 5 ml to her. make sure to keep her well hydrare, offer her immunity booster food,and keep good hand hygien to avoid pftent infections
