#asktheexperts hi dr.. my baby is 9 months old n on 3 rimes solids.. so far now I haven't introduced salt in his food... can I now introduce it as I have heard iodine is very essential nutrient for brain development..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. not now.. that's true iodine is important for brain development.. but it already gets from. other sources.. You can make your baby food more interesting and tasty by adding spices appropriate to the age of the baby.
