#asktheexperts Hi Dr. Mukharjee, my baby is 14 months old and her weight is only 7.7 kg. She never eats proper like other babies. I always try to feed her forcefully also we are giving her multivitamin as per dr. Suggestion but I am not seeing any changes in her apetite. I am including everything like iron protein in her diet. Can you please suggest me some more tricks to gain her weight?

Author of questionMom of a 1 yr 3 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Thankyou rashmi for your response. My baby’s hemoglobin is 12 and it is into the range. And she is all time active but to feed every time I need to force her. And just to know why dr. Not respond here I asked this question to expert dr.

Maam first you have to get the haemoglobin levels check for the child a lot of times parents don’t know when the child has lower level of haemoglobin they have also loss of appetite and a very cranky behaviour second could be due to teething is your child may not be eating well so first gather the levels of the iron check and other deficiencies and proceed accordingly
