#asktheexperts How can i make my 7 month old have a proper eating and sleeping routine. Sometimes she eats and other times she doesn’t even want to take in a single spoon.

Add salt and necessary spices into the food that you are giving that is going to help in developing proper flavour of food to your child and that’s what your child is going to like and enjoy to eat and keep the consistency liquid to semisolid this is going to help and once the tummy is going to be full the child would sleep well enough
