#asktheexperts Hi Dr. how to get rid of any vitamin deficiency in newborn babies. I'm breastfeeding her, so will the supplements go through the milk, and will be enough?

A. usually if mother has no any deficiency than , breast milk is sufficient. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet. Fresh fruits, dairy products. h

A. If your child is having any deficiency then you have to give supplement to do child you have supplement and feeding their child is not going to help because it is not going to pass through your milk to the child so it’s important that the deficiency give supplements to the child
