hi i m a mom of one yr old baby.for me i think i m suffering from vitamin b 12 deficiency so i decided to take test.but i had a doubt with normal rbc and wbc count will vitamin b12 deficiency occurs? pls clear me the doubt

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 15 months old and if he is having Megaloblastic anemia then only you should go for vitamin B12 test otherwise there’s no any relationship between rbc and wbc count and vitamin b12
