A. hi it happens because of many reasons like baby acne, allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics,heat or sweating, infection etc so please dress your child in Cotton clothes keep your child hydrated avoid using any cosmetics keep your child in well vantileted room apply thin layer of coconut oil on it. keep that area clean and dry maintain good hygiene
