Q.

#asktheexperts Hi doctor, my daughter is 2 years old and her weight is 12.5kg. Which milk should give it to her? Presently i am giving patanjali cow milk but i am not satisfied as i think it is very heavy although she drinks 100 ml only in a day So plz suggest me a good brand and quantity

A. this is fine.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes your baby weight is perfectly fine as per my opinion and personal experiences of two babies. and also it is always advisable to give baby cow milk as it is better than the other and lso mix little bit of water. and also add some saunf or ajwain at the time of boiling the milk. take care
